Terms and Conditions for LaunchKit

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://launchkit.tech ("Website") and the products provided. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
LaunchKit is a production-ready Next.js SaaS starter template sold as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you receive access to the complete source code via a private GitHub repository.
2. License and Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to:
- Use LaunchKit for unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify the code for your own use
- Create derivative works for your own projects or clients
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the LaunchKit source code itself
- Share repository access with individuals who have not purchased a license
- Create competing "starter template" or "boilerplate" products using LaunchKit
- Claim authorship of the original LaunchKit codebase
3. Payment Terms
LaunchKit is sold as a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes where required.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to source code upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once repository access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@launchkit.tech.
5. Repository Access
After purchase, you will receive instructions to claim access to our private GitHub repository. You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid GitHub username
- Maintaining the security of your GitHub account
- Not sharing repository access with unauthorized users
We reserve the right to revoke access for license violations.
6. Updates and Support
Your purchase includes lifetime access to updates pushed to the repository. Support is provided via email for setup and technical questions. We do not guarantee response times but aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
7. User Data and Privacy
We collect and store user data as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://launchkit.tech/privacy-policy.
8. Third-Party Services
LaunchKit integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
LaunchKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
